Meet Our Providers

Ivy M. Bagley, Owner, FNP-C PMHNP-C IBCLC

Ivy M. Bagley is a graduate of East Carolina University and an accomplished healthcare professional. She holds multiple degrees and certifications, including a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN). She is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-C). Ivy is also a Certified International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), a Certified Dementia Provider (CDP), and a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS). Additionally, she has earned a Certificate of Advanced Education in Obesity Medicine, a Certificate in Nursing Education, and certifications in Healthcare Emergency and Disaster Management and Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing.

As the owner of Blessed and Healthy Families, PLLC, Ivy is dedicated to providing exceptional care to her patients. Her guiding principle, inspired by Romans 8:28, is, "All things work together for those who love the Lord."

Outside of her clinical practice, Ivy conducts classes and programs to raise awareness of conditions affecting people of eastern North Carolina and teach others how to respond to emergencies. She also enjoys expressing her abundant creativity through photography and connecting with friends and family throughout ENC.

Kendall is a Family Nurse Practitioner with 12 years of nursing experience, including the past 6 years in advanced practice. She is committed to delivering high-quality care through collaboration, education, and meaningful patient relationships.
